1. The service
NCLEX Practice Test is a self-serve online question bank for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN exam preparation. It is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN) or Pearson VUE.
2. Access and payment
Full access is sold as a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Paid access does not expire and is not tied to a specific exam date or attempt. Access is personal to the account that purchased it and may not be resold, shared, or transferred.
3. No guarantee of outcome
NCLEX Practice Test does not guarantee that use of the service will result in passing the NCLEX-RN® or NCLEX-PN® exam. Readiness scores and other in-product metrics reflect performance on our question bank only and are not a prediction of your actual exam result.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell question bank content, and not to share your account credentials with anyone else.
