14-day refund window
If NCLEX Practice Test isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 10% of the question bank. This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a pass guarantee — we do not offer refunds based on your NCLEX exam outcome.
How to request one
Email the support address in your purchase confirmation with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
After 14 days
Because access is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, we're unable to offer refunds after the 14-day window.
